2. Submit the Online Order Form. Fill out our online order form, submit it and a Chairmaker representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
   
   
3. Print the Online Order Form. Fill out our online order form, print it and you can mail it to us at:

DELIVERY TIME:
Although we do have some stock on hand, most chairs are made to order lead-time varies between 2 to 4 weeks

We will ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Please call or write for shipping charges. If you're planning a trip to Wisconsin, and would like to drop in and say "Hi", give us a call or e-mail us and we will send you a map flier to our rural Granary Country Store.
